How much are shipping
charges?
We have several different shipping methods to meet your delivery
needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on
the total weight of your order. Your shipping and handling charges are
summarized at checkout.
How long does it take for me to
receive my order? Please remember that your items do not exist until you order them. They are
made specifically for you! Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
Shipping times are dependent on the method of shipping you choose during
check-out.
Shipping Method Transit Time (US residents)
First Class 3-5 business days
Priority Mail 2-3 business days
Express Mail 1-2 business days
International orders transit times are
dependent on your location.
What are the sizes of your
items?
Choosing the right size for your custom apparel is very important. We have
created a simple to use sizing chart that is available
here.
Please keep in mind that it is up to you to ensure that the size is correct when
you place your order.
Do you provide tracking
information for my shipment?We will send you an email every step of the way to let you know how
your order is progressing. Tracking information is sent directly to your
email address from the United States Postal Service. (Tracking may not
be available for some international orders) You can also track your
order by logging into your account and clicking on your order. There
will be additional information available to you, such as your order
status and tracking information.
What is your return policy?We do guarantee that your items will arrive safe and in great
condition. If, for any reason, your item is defective, please contact us
immediately to make arrangements for a replacement. Do not mail your
item back to us! Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do
not offer refunds or exchanges! Please be sure to double-check the
spelling and sizes of your items before check-out, as you are
responsible for ensuring your order is correct.
